Rotokauri Railway Station
Great to see a well designed railway station with passengers' comfort in mind. Plenty of shelter, toilets nearby at the transport hub and food at the shopping centre nearby too. Just wish it that the signage was better from the entryway from the shopping centre side. This is where you get off from the Te Huia train trip from Auckland and back and again. Unless you have transport organised for Frankton, I would advise you to get off here instead of Frankton as there is no public transport from Frankton, even though that's the end of the line for the Te Huia journey.

The lifts don't work....useless for older people, or cyclists.

Serviceable platform, but no facilities available for travellers on the Te Huia service, which, whilst there are services available on the train itself, is disappointing as other stations at least have some form of toilet available.
