Wired 2 Ride

My partner bought me an escooter from Wired2ride for my birthday in February. It stopped working during lockdown (probably sitting too close to the dryer and got condensation inside). Don fixed it for me on the same day he took it away. And picked it up and dropped it back. That's impeccable service. I'm blown away by how good that service is. I use my scooter to go to and from work (approx 2 km each way) every day. I love it. Its faster than driving. It's better for the environment. And I dont have to pay for petrol or parking

Wow wow wow!! Love my new bike, and loved the fantastic friendly service. Usually when you make a large purchase, you get that wee 'ping' of buyer's regret - not for this you don't! I purchased the green louey fat tyre ebike. No regrets, except that I didn't do it sooner. Nothing else I looked at came anywhere near it for price. So much power, it almost feels like a motor bike. Cheers guys, really really impressed ☺️.

Look, it's not very often you meet genuinepeople who want to help. I've just moved to Christchurch and don't think I've had a nicer interaction than with Dom. I bought a second hand scooter when I first moved to get around town (which is probably the best method for chc) and it broke down in a couple of days. I took it to Black Sheep trading first for an evaluation to my surpise said they couldn't fix it(too hard to fix). I then went to Dom, who gave it a more thorough evaluation and identified the key issues for me. The problem with those key issues were very expensive to fix, making the fix somewhat redundant and it would nearly cost the price of a new scooter to fix. Dom was kind enough to accept a trade in for another scooter (even though my broken one was pretty much worthless) and gave me a fair discount. If you want a genuine place you can trust to buy an e-scooter, this is theplace for you.

Rode my Amanda home every bit thrilled with the service and product, good get up and go and nicely balanced bike, quality features and heaps of fun! Owner was friendly, interesting and engaging. Highly recommend this business and their products.

Excellent product range, competitively priced and very helpful after-sales service. We purchased two electric bikes about two weeks ago, and although we encountered an issue with one bike, this was sorted immediately. Owners could not have been more helpful, and we recommend it to people looking for quality gear.
