Bay Of Islands Oysters
Have always got oysters from here over the years from the first time they opened and the fresh ones are amazing. However I got some deep fried oysters and was not impressed. The batter was really salty and thick it had green parsley in it maybe, i could not tell with minimal oysters inside.I would suggest a light crispy beer batter or tempura with the lovely chip's you serve. We're the oysters cooked from freshly shelled ?

Just picked up $30 pack of cooked oysters and chips..as they were small they were very generous in the serving and they were gorgeouxs....keep up the good work!
