Now ladies I am one fussy chic with my haircuts, but I have to tell you I live in Queenstown and I come here to get the best haircut ever!!! I have short hair and Natasha does amazing cuts and colours!!!! And apart from been a great hairdresser she has good banter whilst you are in the chair

Nor HAIR nor there with Hink! Terrible experience had. I made an appointment for a wash n' cut. Attended appointment and found the hairdresser was more interested in her social life and convos with other staff rather than being focused on my cut. Very little communication between us...in any case...haircut done and I left though during the cut I expressed that I wanted my hair thinned out. A few snips performed by the hairdresser and that was it. I actually ran my hands through my hair at the time and thought nah, that's not thin enough. Unfortunately, I never spoke up. Can't remember the cost but it was over $90.Next day, (Saturday) feeling quite ripped off and disappointed with the entire experience and haircut, I rang the business expressing my opinion and overall lack of attention to what I wanted with the cut and requested another haircut, free of charge and to thin my hair out a little more.Arrived for my new haircut appointment. One person greeted me then she promptly approached the owner and called her to deal with me (keep in mind I'd called 1 day prior and had an appointment).The owner called me to a seat. My hair is naturally dry. I expected at least water spray. She began pulling, tugging and combing out my hair with a comb! I was in pain and she didn't care as she continued. I said that hurts! She ignored me and carried on. What a disgrace to a highly skilled and great profession. Get some customer service skills Hink! Never going back.

Great haircuts. Amanda is amazing ! Plus... because I am so useless at making appointments... she just books me in after work every 6 weeks and I get a message the day before.... which means that now I never go for months without a cut! Making my life easy and my hair much easier to look after and I'm loving it
