Very friendly staff. Helpful and efficient. Well priced. We have 3 units currently and are happy in all regards. Helps to have multiple locations since the Redwood yard is a couple blocks away from work. Perfect

Fantastic company. I have dealt with national Storage now for some time. I've had the pleasure of visiting most of there South Island site's and a few of the North Island one's. At all of the site's staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Security appears to be excellent. Video cameras everywhere.. Lockers and containers are both dry and secure.. And rodent free.. Look forward to more dealings with national Storage...

Units avail to anyone who needs them.Is security fenced and gated.Has cameras but not sure if they monitored.If not,then security could be compromised. .... units clean,dry and vermin proof

Wanted to thank the beautiful ladies at National Storage Redwood site for making my moving experience so pleasurable and seamless. Signing up over the phone/website was super easy and so greatful that the sales rep advised that they also have a moving truck hirage service that I could use which I did. The truck was so easy to drive and the best part was that it was only $50 to hire for the day. Staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. Im satisfied with my decision to use National Storage. Highly Recommend
