Before ordering a new bed I rang and asked for delivery time. I was informed it would be 2 weeks. Purchased the item and on receipt email it told me again the delivery time which was the same as what the person said on the phone. Waited at home from work that day for delivery. Nothing turned up. Phoned them twice, said they would contact sleepyhead and get back to me. They never did. I phoned again the next day to be told the bed will be delivered to them only Friday ( a whole week later) and then the delivery company will be in contact the following week. So now could be close to 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. The people on the phone were rude, were not helpful. The lack of communication and false information was extremely unhelpful and has caused more distress than needed. I also know that this exact same situation happened with someone else I know.

The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Never will I order anything from farmers online again. Have waited over 3 weeks for a microwave that we bought on Black Friday sales. They have not responded to a single email and the wait times on the phone for support had been over 25 mins where I have given up.Appalling. Wish Albany home store had the model we wanted and we could avoided this shambles. Unfortunately as lovely as Albany staff are they can’t get hold of linking famers as well.Bloody joke.

Order only if you can wait until next year. They dispatched my order after 11 days and logistics took another 11 days to deliver.On the other hand I ordered something from China and it arrived to me in 10 days after ordering.Ridiculous servics and worst customer support.

I love Farmers but don't like having the products I bought online swapped out for seconds or a cheaper version of the same product! The picture showing the item I am purchasing is the product I expect to receive! Not a cheaper or seconds version unless being advised and credited with the price difference. If the change had been made in store, or with admin or customer services then I would expect a price difference would have been credited back to my account and I would have been notified but since this didn't happen I can only assume it was the warehouse side of the operation who chose to swap my item out for a cheaper or seconds version. The only other thing I can think of that could occur would be if a switch was done in transit between your warehouse and my address.

Ordered furniture was assured it was in country and would take 2-3 weeks. I said if it was going to be longer I wasn’t interested. Guess what now I’m told may 20th -that’s approx 8 weeks. Not good enough. Not buying anything there that can’t be carried out the door on the day. Wouldn’t be so bad if they had contacted us but no we had to chase them up. Disgusting service!

I want to say a big thank you to Manpreet, who works as a manager at Silverdale Farmers. I was in a situation to return my new refrigerator as it had to go up 16 steps and go around the corner. The delivery guys put the refrigerator in my garage instead and went back because they couldn't take it upstairs. I called Manpreet and told him about the situation and he called the delivery company then put a massive effort to resolve the issue for us. He made an arrangement again with the delivery people to bring the refrigerator upstairs. He kindly called me back after everything was done to check if everything went well. I have never met such a kind and responsible manager. I want to thank him with all my heart. I'm very happy with my purchase and glad that I've chosen Farmers Silverdale branch.Jungbae Kook

Don’t buy from Farmers online their processing times are beyond a joke. It’s been three weeks and they still haven’t sent my small item that would take moments to pick off a shelf and send. I’d prefer just to cancel & refund at this point but they don’t pick up their phones either.

Don't order from farmers online!!Most businesses will pack your order within 24 hours. It has been 4 working days and my order hasn't even been looked at.If I knew it would have taken this long I would have ordered click and collect.
