Really great service from Tony of GP Furniture. Called to visit our parents and repaired their lazyboy chair. This is the second time they have helped to repair a chair. Experienced and friendly. Would recommend.

Wasn't impressed. No response on my email via their website. Finally after multiple phone calls they responded. Arranged time to take chair to them for repairs. Turned out boss was in Christchurch, so they would take in my chair and keep it for 2 weeks without doing anything with it! No thanks, I took the chair back with me ordered springs from Amazon and replaced the broken one myself. Tada: saved myself almost 200 bucks and don't have to chase muppets around. I just can't believe how these people get authorized service agent" status. Then again this is Aotearoa
