A very professional and personal service when I bought my new focus road bike. Great value for money.

Would never go to this shop again. The owner is rude, arrogant and a bully.I brought a mountain bike for my 10year old son ($500+) from this shop two years ago. I went in today to get the bike serviced as the gears was no longer working and a few other issues had arisen. After questioning the price for the service and the fixtures the owner then stepped into my conversation with the service mechanic and became very rude and completely arrogant. I ended up leaving the shop in complete tears and disbelief in how I was treated.After putting the bike back into my car I went back into the shop to tell the owner he should be disgusted with his behaviour towards me. As I left he followed me to my car than stood between me and my car continuing to abuse me. I asked him serval times to move and leave me alone eventually he moved and I quickly got into my car and locked the doors.I would never recommend anyone to go to this shop.
