Booked in this morning, and was able to get a spot same day. Amazing customer service, booked in to get a manicure. Loooove my nails, and my technician was so lovely and easy to chat with. 10/10 will definitely be revisiting soon!

The ladies at Finesse have transformed my acne-prone skin to smooth, clear and glowing! Really impressed with how much training and knowledge these girls have regarding skin, products, etc. Would highly recommend.

I've been having waxes here for the past eight or so years. I've had lots of different waxes, at lots of different salons, but the girls at Finesse are always consistently amazing. Always a thorough job, and friendly and chatty too. I highly recommend this salon.

Laura and her team have been my trusted beauty therapist for several years. I have lived in many countries now and never have the same quality experience that I do when I am living in Wellington.The treatments at Finesse are of the best quality and excellent pricing. I have always only ever received professional treatment and even enjoyable engagement for what can sometimes be a slightly uncomfortable (Brazilian!) time.Highly recommend. I look forward to being in Wellington again soon, I am always happy to make the journey up to Kapiti for such a high quality business.

Neat, hygienic and organized salon and staff. The salon smells wonderful and the therapists always run on time. I am getting great results from my monthly treatments. I am keen to try the massage and dermapen next! This wonderful salon is located right across the beach and parking is safe and easily accessible. Thank you ladies you are extremely professional and caring.
