NZ SOAP AND CANDLE

Very disappointed with this company. Placed and paid for my order on Friday. I called to ask when I could expect delivery and was told it had been dispatched. Tuesday I email to ask where my order is only to be told half of what UPDATE, SOMEONE called to ask how to rectify this issue and the response below was posted. Firstly , I contact your company after the order was placed. Perfect time to give me correct information. Or , call me back .But no. ordered was sold.out and they had not dispatched ANYTHING. They tried to say that had tried to contact me, which is absolute rubbish as I had no missed calls whatsoever. Reparations? At the very least do overnight courier?? Again no.im still waiting for my order. I said maybe a few extras to compensate for my lost time...that wont happen either. Also tried guilt me by saying her staff playing blame game. I win ever reccomend this extremely unprofessional company KIWI OR NOT..BAD IS BAD

Absolutely fantastic business. They always go the extra mile and even though it's online you still feel like you're getting service with a smile! The postage is so fast! I've made changes to my orders and they've already packed them. We live rural and stuff still comes the next day. It's crazy but also fabulous to know if I need something they get it to you fast with no hassles! Great service and nothings an issue!

Super disappointed in this company I have been using them for years with out any issues have always been great customer service.In early December I had an almost $700 order sent in 2 parts and half of it went missing they were helpful in the beginning but now won’t even reply. Posthaste have told me they need soap and candle to actually open a query before anything further can happen. Soap and candle haven’t bothered to reply to my last few emails stating this nor the ones were I asked if I make a replacement order can it be shipped by a different company (not the one who lost $200 worth of a $700 order)This disappointment is the lack of communication I made contact and said I had only received part on the 5th, they contacted there rep and I was told on the 19th it was being delivered I followed up serval times then the next thing I hear back is a picture of a gps pin drop of the first part being delivered, I queried this as I wasn’t sure if it was the 1st or 2nd part and even tho the second one was scanned “delivered” on the 5th they acknowledged it hadn’t by saying on the 19th it was being delivered. While it wasn’t soap and candles fault human error on posthastes during December that’s expected however soap and candle have done nothing to help rectify the situation. Posthaste Palmerston North said soap and candle need to do a query as they are the customer not me. Given they won’t even reply to my emails I guess that is that.

Highly recommend this lovely company! The ladies in the shop are so helpful, cheery and approachable! The shop is beautiful with a huge selection. I visited specifically from Wellington and was not disappointed at all! Can’t wait to shop again and visit the shop. Very grateful for the help I received and advice! Thank you.
