Such friendly and helpful staff here. I always go in for one thing and end up with at least 2 more!!! They always have everything I need, and it's a great place to find gifts for those budding artists in your life.

Friendly, helpful staff. It was our first time there as my daughter had been given a gift card. They had a large array of art supplies for all kinds of art such as pastel, painting (oil & water based), felts, charcoal, etc.Items tended to be on the expensive side, but from our limited knowledge, the quality of the items was also of a higher standard.The staff member gave helpful advice to my daughter who was interested in trying something new and ensured she got the correct items, but also guided her so that it was less likely to be a waste of money if she found she didn't like it.

Store has lots of product which is great. I spent $800 last week, the lady at the counter then told me that if I was a student, teacher or belonged to an art class (like estuary arts) I could have a discount of 10-20%. I'm none of these, but a new painter, so paid the full price. It's a bizarre way to treat your customers.
