This is what you get with these clowns.. my mate moved in a fare few months ago and still hasn't been fixed.. great house for 2 kids and an asthmatic adult. Could put heaps of photos up by this is the worst. Indoor water feature.

As a landlord for the last 3 years we have been nothing but impressed with the property management of John and the team at 100 percent rentals. Whilst we are no longer landlord I would not hesitate to recommend John and the team.

Claire is gruff, but she really went the extra mile a number of years back to find us a property we'd be truly happy in long term. I hadn't even realised she was asking the number of questions she must have while she was showing us through a lovely place that was just a bit small. She then called with an amazing property, but we found one before that one became available. But she really thought about what would be good for us as a family. That's rare.

Great Landlords! Quick to sort problems and maintained our property well

Wouldn't recommend them at all, quite disappointed with the way they've treated my niece and her flatmates. When they first moved in & we helped, the curtains were filthy & black mould, the garden was a mess! The bathroom had mould growing. Gutter on roof was leaking day and night. They both emailed numerous times about it and nothing was ever done, until magically they decide to move out and a roofer happened to just stop by. Sure. They cleaned their rental 2 weeks ago when they received an email about an inspection due the same week, inspection got canceled last minute. They moved out since it was a periodic tenancy, inspection gets done so much later after they have moved and they get a call complaining of cob webs and weeds. Seriously?? No ones been there in 2 weeks. They stayed up last night until midnight last night clearing it then they get a call sounding threatening today that they won't get their bond back. Go ahead and keep it then, they work full time and are exhausted enough. Don't even want to rate you guys 1 star. Terrible management. If you're looking to have a property manager, never go through them. It's been hell for my family.

we felt that the property agent has let us down, after finding the tenants, and sending a letter that he declined to take over. and I had to deal with the tenants ourselves, in unique circumstances changes with tenants writing work and income letter for them. The other property agent contacted 100 percent rentals and we got rejected.
