Toyco - Toy Store

Cancelled my order because it was out of stock, provided hardly any apology or any sort of rectification such as a goodwill voucher… not my problem you have a system issue. Do better

Wonderful customer service. I had bought a gift a few weeks before Christmas but my family member had bought the same item. When I contacted Toyco thinking no chance for a exchange as it was over their 30 return policy but the customer service were very accommodating and understanding. I was able to return the item and get a refund. Thank you.

I've bought a lot of my son's toys from Toyco! They are really reliable and offer fast shipping. Their sales are usually quite good as well for name brand toys like Hape, Lego, V-Tech, etc. My family abroad are also able to send him gifts as they also accept international credit cards. Highly recommended.

Never answer the phone. Take days to respond to emails. Still waiting for details of shipping. Lovely they could change my order from click and collect to shipping but not a word of the tracking number. Still waiting.

Toyco is an excellent online toy store. I have bought a few lovely items over the years at good prices. The delivery is always quick and efficient. The quality of their toys has always been great. Once when I encountered a bit of a problem, the follow up service was beyond expectations (thank you Georgia, their wonderful service consultant.) I would completely recommend this company.

Amazing range! My 3 year old decided at the last minute that all he wanted for Christmas was a transformers toy. Of course all I could find left in stores were $80+ and made for much older kids. So glad I stumbled across Toyco online, found the perfect transformers toy in amongst pages of them, it was on sale for $25ish and age appropriate. As it is the week leading up to Christmas I didn't have high hopes that it would arrive in time, but it has and I'm very grateful as I'm sure the Toyco team are swamped right now! Happy customer and would recommend to anyone.

The gentleman in the store was amazing, so helpful and cheerful, he went out the back of the store to see if he could find the specific Lego Technic's we were wanting to buy, as it wasn't on the shelf in store. So impressed with the service, and how cheerful the staff were. Definitely going back.

Used to be a good store to buy from with competitive prices and free shipping for orders over $100. Now however prices are not dissimilar to other stores and there is no free shipping option. Worse however is the fact that we are unable to buy online with confidence as this store will not refund (only provide store credit for future purchases) AND makes customer pay for cost of refund. - We recently bought an item which, although was not faulty, did not meet the expectations of the photos and description. - All other reputable stores we normally buy from always allow no questions asked returns and refunds for online orders. Toyco it seems however are the only one that doesn’t. For that reason we won’t be buying from Toyco again.

They seem to have an extensive range of toys, and good prices. I purchased three items - one based on something I really needed that was on special and two others as smaller items to fill a package. The item I really wanted ended up to be out of stock. While I received a 'free courier for another purchase' code, it had a limited expiry on it. The box arrived and it was a massive box for two small items. Overall pretty disappointed in the experience.
