The tech never mentioned over the phone that they charge $136 just for coming to check the fault. Also stated they are not obligated to mention the charge. Overpriced . Make sure you ask him next time how much does he charge for call out before agreeing to go ahead.

Called Ben to arrange a time for him to come round and fix our dishwasher. Ben diagnosed our problem over the phone and gave some useful advice for maintaining our dishwasher (don't use dishwasher cleaner, its a waste of money and actually harms your machine). The dishwasher is working again and I didn't pay him a cent. Amazing service.

Ben is awesome. My Bosch front loader washing machine door broke. I phoned Ben and he ordered me a new one and thankfully it was in stock. He ordered it on the Monday and by Wednesday it was installed. Great service as always. I've had Ben come out to fix my appliances now for many years. He's very reliable, honest and punctual. Ben has also on many occasions given me advice over the phone, on my other appliances that needed attention. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bed:) He's great.

I called to inquire about a fridge repair and the phone was answered immediately. He asked diagnostic questions and was able to help with the problem over the phone. The professionalism and kindness, as well as the phone call help (rather than coming to the home and charging for a consult), was such a relief. This was in direct contrast to some other companies I previously called. Highly recommend calling Apple Appliances first!

Superb service. From start to finish, this was one of those rare experiences of magnificent service, with competency to match.Help me all the way from getting to understand the issue, determine fix, quote and repair. All the while Ben was accessible, moved the job along quickly without any concerns at all. Happy to recommend them.

Excellent prompt service. The text letting me know when to expect Ben was really appreciated. He quickly sorted out the problem with my dishwasher and I am very happy. This is the second time I have used Apple Appliances and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Thoroughly recommend Apple Appliances . Ben came to look at our dishwasher that had stopped working . I called him around 8 in the morning and he was round roughly 3 hours later. Diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it after explaining why it had happened and how we could avoid a repeat performance. He also discovered that it was connected to our hot water instead of cold and explained that this was not the best for the dishwasher but that we would need a plumber to change it. (which he also explained the ins and outs of) Ben was reliable, friendly and knowledgeable and we were very happy with the level of service we received. Thanks Ben.
