I was first introduced to Charles 12 years ago after I'd dislocated my shoulder. The shoulder had restricted movement and surgeons were recommending an operation to give me full movement.Charles, however, gave me 4 or 5 sessions of therapeutic massage and has given me full use of my arm again.In the years following Charles has attended to numerous aches and pains with remarkable results.Currently he's working on a pro-lapse in my lower back and I haven't felt this good in years.Thanks Charles.Mike Bennett

It was so professional and warm treatment from Charles McGrosky. I had chronic pain on my arm for last couple years. He gave me a relief and I was able to use my arm without pain again . I can not thank enough to Chales! Thank you so much again!

i was in need of a massage a couple of days ago and returned to see Heather at Christchurch Theraputic Massage . It had been some time since I had been there. I have regular massage work but Heather managed to find some knots I wasn't aware I had. I felt so much better following this. I would recommend anyone needing a massage to make an appointment with any of the therapist there.I was surprised to see the extension of the business. Obviously carefully done and a great asset to have so many health professionals under the same roof. Congratulations . Guess where I will be visiting if needing podiatry, chiropractor treatment or any other services offered

I cannot recommend Charles McGrosky highly enough. He was recommended to me for chronic back pain in 2007 and his effective & pleasant technique gave me relief and helped me recover. Since then, he’s helped with many other injuries & aches. He has a great approach and I always leave feeling more aligned and somehow more “me”!

Had a massage here today with Jared, he made me feel comfortable and was super professional and thorough, my body felt so much more relaxed afterwards. We had good banter and laughs as well which totally completes the experience :)

Charles gave me relief from a 2 month long pain from nerve damage due to the covid vaccines that nothing else had managed to do, I am gutted I live in Auckland and am not back until Christmas or I would definitely be going back to him more often.

Was only in town for 1 day (2 nights). Walked in, and Andrew had an opening. I'm not a normal massage person. I get 1 a year if I'm lucky. In the past, having a male masseuse was difficult. I just couldn't relax. Andrew was very professional. Totally glad that I went with him. He knew his job, and put me at ease immediately. We talked a little at first and discussed why I was there (sore body from being tense during an 8 hour tattoo session). Then the type of massage I was looking for, and off we went.He was attentive to my pain throughout the massage, making adjustments when necessary. Amidst the massage talk, he made recommendations about things to do and see whilst on the southern island of New Zealand, which I appreciated. He found knots I wasn't even aware of, and answered any and all of my questions about prevention and after care. I recommend him and Christchurch Therapeutic Massage Center for any and all massage needs.

I have been seeing Jared for over a year and he always has a massive smile on his face, Jared is always available with lots of advice for me and I always leave feeling 100% better. I have recently followed Jared to the Christchurch Therapeutic centre and have found it to be a really relaxing, always clean and tidy and very friendly staff. I wouldn’t visit anywhere else!

I love this place. Staff are really friendly and great at what they do. I have had a massage from 3 of the staff here and have come away feeling great every time. My go to was Charles he's very knowledgeable when it comes to working the body and helping your get back on top of your game.
