Great local bike shop in Dunedin. These guys have helped me out numerous times. I once broke my seat post clamp 5 mins into a ride - they had a fix and I could carry on with my ride. Great service and friendly staff.

Have had work done here on my bike a few years ago and couldn’t fault them. Yesterday I took my daughter in to pick a bike and they were great. Measured her up to make sure she got a bike that would be the right size and also last her for a good amount of time. Very happy we ended up going here and would highly recommend them.

These guys have saved my bacon a couple times with last minute emergency repairs to my wheels or bike when I had a race on. Prompt and professional service with good stock levels for when you need something urgently. I can easily understand why they have consistently received 4 or 5 star ratings over a number of years.I have also been impressed with their support of the local biking scene.

My mtb required repair but because I am travelling in my MH job needed to be done at short notice. Visited many bike shops in Central Otago and Dunedin and none could look at bike for weeks. Called My Ride and bike was booked in first thing the following morning.Bike was given ‘The Works’ service and worn parts replaced. Looked just like new when I collected it from store and rode like it too.Thnx guys.

I took my bike in to get the handlebars cut down and gears adjusted. Very pleasant/knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Definitely my go-to cycle store now.

Great service, even though it was a Sunday and Ian was by himself he helped me service my bottom bracket that enabled me to continue and finish the Great Southern Brevet. Top shop, definitely recommend.
