Mostly fenced (one side open, another entry had a gate). Has some places to sit in the shade. No toddler swing. Tunnel slide wasn't very slippery, which my child found frustrating.

Very quaint...no level ground but have shade & a couple of picnic tables, Play Castle, slide & swings
