Awesome teacher and location! After a minute concentrating on the exercises all stress melted away& the resting meditative part was particularly relaxing in this yin class:)Keen to try more.

Flowers & Salt is a wonderful haven that has become my weekly sanctuary. Vicky has a truly amazing teaching style and an infectious smile. I cannot recommend this yoga studio enough!
