I would never recommend them to anyone. Installation done 3 years ago and had ongoing issues eversince with the work they did. Contacted them on multiple occasions, Staff wont keep in touch with you. Only person helpful was their online staff member Genevieve and hence the 1 star.

this is a horrible thing to write as the staff overall have ways been very courteous and kind. however. i had this floor evercore installed around march 2020 and this gap popped up shortly after. i have called countless times to get it fixed and nothing ever happened. i have also personally gone into the shop 4 times and asked for someone to come fix which resulted in one call back saying they would be there on Tuesday" which was about 5 days after i called. it has now been 4 weeks and have heard nothing. no one showed. this is very poor customer service. my partner and I are very busy and cant keep chasing these guys up. i would reccomend go with someone else if you want your product installed correctly and proper service given.*edita week after i posted this review i was contacted by carpet court staff and the problem was sorted that week."

We cannot describe how impressed we have been with the service we have received from Carpet Court Palmerston North - absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this business for efficient, friendly, helpful and very competitive prices. Very grateful - Edward has been amazing to deal with.

We are so thrilled with the new carpet we got - it looks fantastic, is perfectly fitted and very soft too.Mahip was absolutely wonderful to work with - listening patiently to our questions, and helping us run through a variety of options to find what would suit best. We always felt welcome and never a bother!We're equally thrilled with Nigel and Gene - Nigel thank you so much for getting us fitted into the schedule a month early, and Gene is a powerhouse!! He absolutely smashed out our install so fast, and it looks perfect. He has a phenomenal work ethic, and also gave us loads of helpful advice to make sure we could keep our carpet looking its best and the subfloor healthy. Please pass on to him how much we appreciated it all.All together it's those little things that make sure we'll always come to carpet court when we need anything.If you have a head office please flick this message on to them as well, I couldn't find an address for it online but wanted to let them know how well you look after your customers.

Good range and more importantly great customer service even be knew that I wasn’t going to buy a big lot. Still excellent service. Will be definitely coming back whenever I need to do my full house lot. Good work team

Terrible weekend hours - only open until 1pm on Sat & not on a Sunday. Pretty hard when you live out of town working until 5 each day & committed to Sat morning sports for your kids. Just as well there are other suppliers who would appreciate the service.

Gene did a repair job for us he was awesome the job was done professionally and everything was left neat and tidy.

me and my partner came into the store, from the moment we walked in we felt like a bother to them , we where served by Pauline and we bought in a quote from another company as soon as we did that we got pushed into the budget corner and we felt like our money wasn't worth anything told that's what we could afford and when we mentioned the samples on the floor the Rino and Smart strand carpets we where told very expensive and basically made to feel like it was out of our price range, That woman had no idea what we could afford we only knew about the different kgs because that's all we had been shown i was open to all kinds of carpet. I am taking my money else where now.

Would not recommend carpet court Palmerston North. Lady was super rude to deal with. The guy who installed our carpet broke all of the sliders for our wardrobe doors only to get the excuse ‘he had no ladder to remove the doors properly’ , then to be told ‘ I’ll replace them and you can install them’. We have declined this as they shouldn’t have been broken in the first place, treat other peoples property with respect! As for saying the wardrobe door was broken before the carpet was laid - no it was not. Horrible rude people and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have had the best experience with carpet court palmerston north. Right from when i called with an enquiry to when the carpet has been laid. All up i dealt with 3 people through this process they were all so helpful and very efficient.
