Michael was amazing, he could not find the flashing at the time & rang me back at 8 pm when he had found it. The customer service is second to none & many businesses could learn a valuable lesson from Magnum Marine of going the extra mile even if the $$ were small. When we need things again in Australia its worth waiting till we are back in Taupo so we know we will be getting the best available solution. email [email protected]
