Great little thai place. Great dishes and such authentic esan flavours. They dont pull back on flavour or spice here. They can cater for people that cant handle spice too well. Very well balanced food and menu is very nice. Must try the pork belly and pork skewers.

Fantastic restaurant with very authentic taste, the som tum salad and moo ping with sticky rice is exactly how it tasted when i was in Bangkok. Keep up the good work guys, i will be back again! 5/5.

Updated - We've been back almost every single week since April mostly for the tom sup as it is as good as any we had in Thailand. We've also tried a few other dishes, which are pretty good too but we just can't get enough of the tom sup.The service was a tad slow and the decor a little dated but we'll certainly be returning as this is by far the most authentic Thai restaurant in NZ.

It is very rare that one discovers a truly authentic Thai Restaurant. Especially in New Zealand.Today was one if those rare moments. A non pretentious Thai Restaurant serving amazing Thai food without the Wine Glasses and expensive decor. It's was truly just about the food and it's authenticity.I guess it was a little known secret until this post but if you are really craving for real Thai food, then this is the place.5 STARS all around...

Some of the best Thai food ive had in New Zealand. Plates of flavour bombs are whats on offer. The chef achieves incredible balance which is a hallmark of great south east asian food. The namtok was my favourite dish.Highly recommend this and encourage you to bring a group and test the limits of your waistbands and the menu.Ill definitely be back to try the rest of the menuNB: as one person i spent $100 so i could try at least 4 dishes.

The restaurant is fairly new and I had wanted to try it as I have heard from other Thai people that this place was quite nice. There are parking spots in front of the restaurant but it does get full and gets quite busy. The place looks interesting with it's mismatched tables. We grabbed a few items to share. The moo ping (BBQ pork skewer) came with proper sticky rice and that was really tasty. The pad Thai here is quite flavourful and the noodles had a nice texture. The tom yum wasn't too bad, slightly on the sour side but it had a nice flavour. I did find the pad kra pao to be on the salty side. The som tum was nice and refreshing. They also did interesting sounding cocktails and dessert but we didn't end up getting any, so probably for the next trip.I did enjoy the meal here. I did quite like the pad Thai because of the nice sauce and the noodle texture making it very moreish. They also have other interesting items on the menu to try for next time like the Sa-Oh Zapp Haeng, fried noodles with beef ribs.
