If I could give zero I wouldLast Saturday my family's car was locked in the AT parking building in New Lynn,Our concert went overtime and we couldn't get back intime before the carpark closed,After numerous phone calls to different people they told me Armstrong will be able to help us, I called and were told yes Definitely we can help get your car out" after waiting about 1.5 hours for Armstrong to arrive we finally got someone who we thought could help us

After a break in at my home I got in touch with Armstrong to get new keys and deadbolts fitted. They were very friendly, supportive and understanding of my situation. Luke arrived on time and had excellent clear communication and was an absolute professional. Install was fast and efficient. Thank you for making me feel safe again and doing an fantastic job.Highly recommend. Great company to work with.

Service was bad, extremely expensive and would not recommend anyone to use their service.lost my original key in sliverdale and got Armstrong attend to site and cut me a new key for my car and it doesn’t even work!!!. They made me pay for the keys which cost $120 which doesn’t even work, less than 30 mins job charged 60 mins labour fee… ($184) Absolutely terrible experience.

Service was good, but cost was extremely expensive, much more than quoted, and still haven’t seen a breakdown of charges. I have asked for this information three times and all they send me is a receipt.Locksmith was at site for around 20 minutes cost over $380.00.
