Bought a mattress off them. Tried all they had. Didn't get much advice. Suffering a bad back now. 1 month old.a New topper same price as the mattress to remedy. Won't be buying off them again.

Today I went to buy some rubber matting. The big blonde lady service me and seemed helpful at first. She rolled the mat out to cut that I had chosen. The piece. Had tassels at start. I suggest that the measurement shouldnt be taken from there as the tassels would have to be trimmed off. She looked up at me and ranted that someone must pay for the tassel. That if she lost money on that tassel and all para rubber shops in nz. It would cost heaps.very stupid I thought. Couldn’t be bothered with her hassle. And paid for 2 inch of tassel on rubber mat that would be cut off. For $ 196. One would think they made good money on a 2 metre mat.

went in looking for a mattress which would suit the back of my ute which was a really awkward size and shape. The shop assistant was great in explaining all my options from ready made mattresses that could be cut down to fit or cutting one of their cheaper choices in foam. Both of these were a bit more than I could afford but then she showed me the futon mattress which is made with foam chip. She helped me take it out to try it in the ute and it was a perfect fit because it was flexible. I have now slept on it for two nights and it is terrific. Can highly recommend this shop for service and choices. Thanks

Walked in on the Thursday before Good Friday looking for a couple of pieces of rubber to put on top of my jack stands under the car. There was literally no other customer in the store. When I asked if I could have a block cut into 4 smaller pieces each the size of a mobile phone. That would have been 2 cuts of no more than 30 cm each. I was told that they could not do this this week and it would have to wait until the following Wednesday. The staff member also said they could not promise the quality of the work. Wow. I'd suggest for your custom rubber needs, go elsewhere.

Yesterday 17/10/2019 I had exceptional service over the phone from a young man named of Caleb.He supplied what I wanted and was an unusual item ,an off cut plus a stocked item.He gave me exactly what I wanted,the price, delivery and politeness exceptional. I have been in motor trade retail for 52 years and caleb I wish you well.
