Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Gatekeeper boxing!The coaches were so onto it and really cared about what they’re doing and were very nice about making sure everyone was getting the most out of the class. The class was super interactive and challenging, large variety of workouts which help you get stronger. They were welcoming to all fitness levels and were super encouraging.Highly recommend checking them out

The bootcamps held by Gatekeeper Fitness every Saturday mornings at 9am has been the best start of my weekend. It’s given me a platform to work on my fitness and start my weekend right! Tristan is a positive and fun coach willing to go the extra mile for everyone and I highly recommend Tristan as a coach for beginners and experienced!
