Couldn’t recommend Olivers enough, especially Ian who took great care and time with my pets urn. He worked with me to get it right and did it with sensitivity. I got the wooden urn laser engraved, the finished product is beautiful and I’m very thankful that a difficult time was made easier with his help.

I keep meaning to add this review. Of all the places in Christchurch I went here because of a Google review as I had a small engraving job to get done for a birthday and while I was there I added a dog tag. I wasn’t disappointed and I had a small plaque done for something I had made. I was shown it just before the button was pushed and it was brilliant. All of this was no effort to the person serving us and he was happy to do it on the spot. The dog tag was a bonus but also no problem. For a small outlay we were 100% satisfied and the birthday gift was a hit. Thanks everyone, didn’t get any names but a complete guaranteed recommendation.

Brent was incredible and went over and above when I came in with a last minute request! He went through all of the engraving options with me so patiently, and I left with exactly what I was looking for (if not better!!) I cannot recommend highly enough, thanks again! :))

It was our first time ordering with Oliver's Engraving & Trophies - we communicated with Ian and Brent and they were awesome! They were very easy to contact, responded quickly to my million queries, and generally just very easy to deal with. Once we finalized our order, they were delivered within 4 days and the final product was so lovely! Will definitely reorder from them and highly recommend their services.
