So unhappy!!!!!Bought a pergola at the end of October, no mention on website that it was out of stock, it’s now the 15th December and still not arrived, no response to my email and Fliway are terrible and not answering the phone to tell me when.Thank you for ruining Xmas as this was meant to be in place for Xmas day meal outside!Fuming!!!!!

Thank you so much to Courtney for handling our Enquiry about an upgraded lid for our Weber. We emailed over lockdown and Courtney responded so quick with a price and eta. We held off. Courtney followed up with us after the lockdown lifted and advised about the special they had running. Not only did we manage to get our lid at a great price but delivery on the same day was offered as Courtney would be passing by. You went above and beyond and we appreciate it! Thank you so much for the excellent service from start to finish. We’re also stoked with the lid.

A great really company, unfortunately they just let themselves down by outrageous prices. Rural delivery is simply unbelievable! I purchased firebricks for my fireplace. When comparing apples with apples, surrounding plumbers and local stores have them priced from around $35 - $40 each retail. Turfrey's price is presently $79.00 each!

Cannot fault them. Cheaper than other places and was told delivery in 5-7 days. My order came within 1 working day and in excellent condition. Very happy with the service.

Some people are retailers, These guys help you buy what you want. I was so impressed with the service in the Hamilton store.I wanted a specific BBQ. These guys in front of me called their other branch, then called their suppliers and got me what I wanted that afternoon. They acted as a team to get a result for us faster than fast. This is the sort of company I would always go to first from now on.

Recently purchased a Weber BBQ grill plate, when package received the item was not what we thought it was. Picture not very clear on website. I phoned the customer service & they had to check if we could return it. In the end we had to pay a restocking fee & the postage costs for the original delivery as well as return postage costs. Very disappointed with service, will not be using Turfreys again.
