I spoke with the guy at Haven Pleasure boats and they were super helpful. They were friendly and answered all my questions, calling me back later the same day with more answers. They know third stuff when it comes to Yamaha outboard engines and any other boating realted question you may have. The guys are awesome!

Darren was very helpful.Being very busy there, he found time to slot me in and had the boat sorted that day, I was unable to pick the boat up that day so he opened on a Saturday morning for me to pick up the boat, he also hung around and chatted and shared his knowledge. Very well priced and got the job done fast I could not ask for better. Will definitely be going back there in the future !

I hope that the day I went there was unique, and that the customers service is usually better.I was surprised to hear that for a workshop of this size there are only two mechanics. And one was on ACC at the time, leaving only one other to do all the work. I would imagine that for a place like this, you would need more than 2 mechanics; so you aren’t telling your customer that waiting 6 weeks (plus 2 to 3 weeks on top of that to get the part) to replace a part which took me 5 minutes to replace is good enough.Pretty sure it wouldn’t take that much to make the customer service much better, or would it?

Awesome people to deal with, Andrew and Dave went well out of there way to help me with new boat purchase and keeping it up and running.... I wouldnt go anywhere else.
