I've had three sessions with Claire (via Zoom) and found them absolutely awesome! Claire is very skilled at what she does - she knows all the right questions to ask and tailors her advice to your specific grief journey. Also appreciated being able to openly express everything I've been going through. Speaking with Claire has helped give me the confidence to socialise more in the community (a big thing after loss).

I appreciated speaking to Claire about the loss of my mother and subsequent flow-on problems following her death. Claire is very easy to speak to and is an excellent listener. Claire's willingness to come to my home, providing a safe space where I could tap into my emotions and feelings, and admit I was struggling and troubled. I also appreciated Claire's practical suggestions for coping with grief and stress. Claire came across as perceptive and non-judgemental.

I bought the 30 day of grief cards and used them twice last week. One with a young child who was able to choose cards to help him himself manage his feelings. The other time in a session teaching negotiation. In this setting people used the cards to help them think about how they could manage themselves when they got off balance. Wonderful tool - thanks Claire.

I bought this kit for 2 different friends and they both loved it. One of them was so overwhelmed she said she cried and cried and it was therapeutic for her. Would definitely buy again.

I regularly use the Grief Relief essential oil in my car, home and my favourite place - my bed. I like to put a few drops on a tissue and tuck it in my pillow slip. It helps me to relax and drift off to sleep. I would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with tension, anxiety and lack of sleep. The Grief Relief essential oil is a custom blend which makes it unique - I love it!I have recently been in severe pain from muscle strain in my forearm. Claire did a session of reiki with me. As she went through the process, I could feel the pressure and pain starting to ease. My arm became 'lighter'. It felt relaxed and cool. By the end of the session all of the pain, tension and heat had gone. It has not returned. I am so grateful.

I love these resources! Firstly, I bought the Grief Relief cards set and have used them on multiple occasions, both for myself - when I'm not sure what I need to do next, just draw a card and see what flows - and with others in my workshops - it's a wonderful end-of-heavy-workshop support to lay them all on the table and have participants choose which they will receive inspiration from.Secondly, I purchased the full Grief Relief Kit for my mother who's suffering from grief at big changes that are happening in her life. She's appreciated the care the gift demonstrated, feeling much less alone on this difficult journey and such a treat to go through all the amazing items, including personally selected energy stones.
