Things were going well, until ACC was involved, I got told there was a number of individuals as case managers for my claim, I then queried this with Jennifer... She then asked me to ring, Long story in regarding Spec-Savers what I was told from both outfits was a totally different story to what ACC has said.ACC will now not cover the traumatic incident in full due to this,Thanks.

I thought Aaron was fabulous, and can't recommend him highly enough. My problem was solved, and when I couldn't remember my exercises- he took videos of my doing them on my i-phone. Outstanding.
