We rented a house in Epsom that was managed by Edwin. After living in our own home for 12 years we were really anxious about renting, but Edwin made us feel welcome and listened to our concerns. His communication with us was excellent and he liaised with the owner immediately even though they are not living in NZ. Any concerns were promptly addressed and we had great experience as tenants. We would recommend Edwin to all home owners who want their property to be looked after well with knowledge and skill.

Leanne at APM was the property manager for the house we were renting for the last three years. I rented an apartment through APM in 2022. Leanne was my property manager and despite never having actually met in person, all our interactions through emails were professional and kind and she always replied to me in good time. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the property was well kept and tidy. 10/10 service and would definitely rent through them in the future!
