I got a quote online which I was happy about but wanted to talk to a real person about the T&Cs as they can be filled with stuff I don't understand. I spoke with a lovely lady called Melanie. She was fantastic. She went through everything I needed to know about what I'm covered for and what I'm not. She also confirmed it all in writing. She defo put my mind at ease that I have the right cover for my ebike. 5 stars all round

The Team at Sundays Insurance lead by my claims officer, Stuart, have done an amazing job is processing my Bike Insurance claim.Following on my severe bike accident whereby I was left hospitalised and required several surgeries, I was a little apprehensive that the Insurance Company would put me through an exhausting and harrowing processes which would force me to relive the horrible events of the bike accident over and over again…. Whilst we had to follow a rigourous process to ensure a reasonable and fair outcome for both parties, Stuart and the Team at Sundays Insurance were very respectful and professional in their dealings with me. They kept me completely updated throughout the process and ensured I was comfortable with what was going on.
