Beware, salesteam very misleading and put on extreme pressure, will coerce you into signing then fail to provide, and live chat will hang up on you when they realise your gripe is about them - I advise everyone to gain legal advise before or better yet do not sign, I've spoken to three businesses all not happy so 4 out of 4 unhappy not a good strike rateWell justin we shall let consumer decide if you hold up your side of the bargain, seems this isn't the first time your team has been guilty of misleading, Google employsure misleading

I was very impressed with how thorough Employsure have been with our Health and Safety documentation and recommendations. Georgia in particular was extremely knowledgable, and gave me a lot of confidence that we would be fully prepared and able to quickly become compliant with the H & S legislation. Would highly recommend!

Awful awful experience with this outfit. Really bad. I would caution any smaller business from dealing with them. Stick with a pay per service type outfit or employ your own HR professional. If you sign the long term contract with these guys it could turn out to be a bad decision and there is literally nothing you can do about it.

Fantastic service. I found them to be genuinely helpful, with expert knowledge and prompt service support. The big tick for me however is how personalised they are. They genuinely care about you and your business.

Kylie was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about starting us out with Employsure. She reassured us with correct and detailed documents and made sure we had a good understanding of the processes we had to follow.We're left feeling very supported, like we have gotten value for the money and reassured that we have on-going support on the end of our fingertips 24/7. We initially spoke with Christian Horniman / sales consultant, which was followed up with an onsite visit by Sarah Bright / Business Development Manager. Sarah took us all through the services that Employsure provides. We have engaged Employsure for Employment Relations and H & S.We had a zoom meeting with Amy Pearce / Employment Relations Consultant who has extensive knowledge of HR and extended our understanding and obligations around contracts and legal requirements. Great value.Greg Stevenson then came on site to check our work place for H & S and complete a business health check. Greg is very experienced in his field and left us with a 'few things to tidy up on'.

Do not sign up to this service. They will lock you in for 5 years and will not discontinue the service if your situation changes and/or if the business declines. Best they will say is we will teach you how to utilise our services better. Donated $30k to this company over the course of 5 years and didn't use it once. I take full responsibility for signing up but would like to make future customers aware that once you are in you cannot get out.

is zero stars an option?worst customer experience ever!! they lock you into a contract then under deliver service, then contract auto renews for 3 more years as you cannot quit the contract. You simply cannot get hold of them to cancel the contract
