We missed out on a lovely property this week because of a Bayley's Rotorua agents poor customer service and major lack of communication. Beyond disappointing - especially when you have been looking for months. Communicated this all to the agents manager, and things looked up slightly when she offered to organise a restaurant voucher for myself and my partner to go and take ourselves out for a nice dinner" but then sent a $50.00 voucher. Maybe it will cover lunch
