I took a pelvic floor class and it helped me a lot.The professionalism with which she took the class, the exercises we did, and understanding how I can improve and strengthen my body in delicate areas such as the pelvis.Especially relevant for me after giving birth.This class made me feel more confident with my body. And. I got some tips to continue with at home.The studio is always impeccably clean and modern, a delight to the eyes.I can highly recommend Kristin and her team.I've also tried another couple of classes there and had the same great experience.They are just amazing!

Wonderful pilates class on a secluded beach, with a very experienced teacher. We all agreed it was one of the best classes we had ever experienced. Kristen and her team made organising the class so easy and we loved the thoughtful touches. Highly, highly recommend.

Ive been attending classes with Kristin and the team for the last few years and I have to say I love them. The space is so light and bright and it is such a welcoming environment to be in. The equipment is modern and Kristin is always introducing the newest practices and challenges to keep you on your toes. The classes are clearly identified to suit varying levels but Kristin's guidance and intuitiveness to challenge you is what I really enjoy. It is so amazing to have such a beautiful studio on Waiheke!

Waiheke Pilates Centre is the most stunning studio. I did a reformer pilates class when a friend gave me a voucher and I was blown away by the full body workout on those amazing machines! Thank you Kristin we are lucky to have you here!

Kristin was amazing, so knowledgeable and professional. She has created such a beautiful space to work out in. The equipment is high quality and she is always seems to be researching the newest equipment. Pretty lucky to have such a high quality Pilates studio on the island.

I have been attending classes here for the last 5 years. Such a lovely studio and Kristin is a knowledgeable facilitator and teacher. Pilates has helped my back pain tremendously and I love the fact that no 2 classes are ever the same. Highly recommend.
