We had a great session with Luke and Phil recently. They helped us segment and simplify the steps we need to take to make our business more efficient and work better for us over the next 12 months. Their approach is collaborative, friendly and insightful which is exactly what we're after. The fact they are open to taking ad hoc calls and messages for advice and help shows that their model is far more user-friendly and supportive than the industry norm. Luke travelled out of his way to meet with me and went above and beyond during our planning session to help me get on top of some tax implications that would have created a tough time for us coming up. I found the session to be incredibly informative, precise and Luke’s delivery of information was to the point and friendly. I didn’t feel like an idiot an any point for not knowing anything.
