I cannot rate the team at Headford Propagators Freight highly enough. From start to finish the communication and level of service I received was way beyond what I would expect from any mainstream freight operator. I had the tricky challenge of transporting a complete 4WD SUV chassis from the North Island down to Christchurch. They did it for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. I was recommended them by the people I bought it from. The bumpers could not be removed which increased the quoted width a little. For this they did not charge any extra.When it came to delivery day, I was not well organised at all. The driver came up with a solution, employed some common sense and imagination, and was more than helpful. We successfully manoeuvred the frame off the truck with relative ease.I would like to say a big thank you to Georgia and many thanks to the driver Jason who was professional and a pleasure to work with. Five Star experience.

This company delivered a wine barrel to us from a place in Christchurch. Delivered it in perfect condition and right to the door. Driver was very professional and pleasant. Will definitely be using this company in the future

Great plants top service

What more can I say.They have near anything needed for minor to major landscaping works. They start propagation from seed or cutting and supply to the retail trade thought New Zealand.But seriously their range is amazing, service and smiles second to none, and freight everything themselves.

Paid for Freight to get 5 plants delivered before Xmas as a xmas present,we had to wait 4weeks after we paid till they turned up, when they did get to us they were in in very poor condition 2 have since died, emailed company numerous times now without a response. If you want you plants to arrive and in good condition use a different firm please.
