Fans Chinese Massage @ The Palms

Been there before and it was good. This time I got a back massage and it was horrible , I felt like the guy doing it had never preformed a massage before, wont be coming back.

I been suffering of tight feeling from my neck,shoulder n back, been to acupunture 3 days ago but i didnt feel any relief still in deep pain.Today i tought of going to Fan Massage i felt absolutely lighter n honestly it was very nice n for me its a relief really great feeling! I highly recommend to everyone the staff r excellent(Thanks to the staff who gave me the best massage i ever had today) I see u again soon! Love it!

I came in today with my Husband to have a Whole body 60min Massage - Aya was my Therapist - I have had several massage treatments before and Nothing! I mean Nothing! Compares to the Amazing Massage I had been given today! She is Great at what she does and I will definitely be back for more! I would highly recommend her to anyone - You won't be disappointed :)

I have returned to fans at the palms after a year being disappointed last time. This time the staff were very professional and did a great massage exactly how I asked. Thomas was the masseuse, 5⭐️.

Absolutely shocking service. I went there with my wife today. Finger nail pressed on my neck. Came home with a cut on the neck. Witnessed my wife getting a similar treatment with one hand placed on her neck doing literally nothing and the other hand facing their colleagues throwing middle fingers at each other. We thought we were at kids playground asking children to play with our neck and shoulders. They were no proper massage. No skills. No manners. No communications (doesnt ask for any injuries). Throws red towel on your head and starts pressing and bashing muscles with irregular forces and holds one point with no pressure to waste time. Avoid this place!

Fans massage is good value! The service can be a little inconsistent at times depending on your therapist but overall a very good relaxing massage and usually great deep tissue massage.

Horribly THE worst massage and WORST experience ever!!!The massage was so painful I left feeling like my back was shoved against a steel bar a thousand times.Lady who did my massage was the manager, she was so rude and horrible.When it came to payment… she tried to make me pay $90 when I wanted to pay $58 for the basic massage I wanted… but she tried to con me!!! NEVER go to this place ! They hurt you and they try to con you out of all your money!!!

I really enjoy coming here for massage when I visit Palms Mall. Thomas is very good at massage highly recommend to ask for him. My mum has been coming to Fans at the Palms for many year we highly recommend to all. A++ service and care to there customers:)
