If you get your car towed by them be prepared to get ripped off. charge for forklift, charge for washing there truck, admin fee, Storage fee, Truck driver going toilet fee. Real rude and unprofessional guys

Called them and told me to send an email. sent an email and never replied back so I called them next day. Ladies that answers the phone are so rude. Ripped me off by charging me with extra hidden fees which doesn't even state in the letter that they sent me. Said that it will be $12.27 per day for first 10days (doesn't state if it includes GST or not) then they charged $25 plus GST after the 10days. Again this doesn't state on the letter as well. They are really good at ripping people off. You don't deserve even 1 star

I don’t write Reviews ever, however in this instance I had to as this was the most painful experience on the phone with Customer Service, just trying to get a vehicle from downtown Auckland to the North Shore which is 20 minutes drive they wanted to charge after finally giving them all the details $800+ Credit card fee of 3% we have this done this before from the ports of Auckland to the north shore for $280 with another company I believe the frustration from her on the phone incited the price hike so be careful as they seem to pick and choose their price..

Complete rip off...asked for a quote to get a winch up a easy grass slope 10m.Sent pics so they could quote.Didn't receive one....he arrived and it literally took less than half an hour to complete...was charged $1300 on my visa!!!!Didn't receive a invoice on completion.Be aware of these these rip offs.Don't go there.Off to small claims.
