McDonald’s Queenstown
Visited around 4.30am on a Saturday morning. Place was an absolute, complete pig sty. Went to use the bathroom after ordering and was told by a staff member that not one of the toilets or urinals were working. Service was slow with only one poor fellow manning the entire kitchen. Not one table was clean enough to eat on.

I have never done a review to Mac Donald’s, before, because I never had a good service or even close to the quality that Mac Donald advertise. However, today 18/04 breakfast I had what I think that Hospitality is about, charismatic, communicative, and trouble shoot. The two guys that I unfortunately can’t remember their names, have over and above. it was busy, and actually if it wasn’t for them with the costumers it would be a disaster. Well done guys for your professionalism, calm, care wit costumers, for that not for the Mac Donald’s, but for the two guys that were working there, keep up the good work you guys rock.

Actively watched a worker take chips from an order and sneak round the back to eat them.. absolutely foul. Requested a refund after the fact because I don’t want to eat any food from there and they refused.

This was my first McDonald's experience in new Zealand. I am from the USA.The kiosks were a bit buggy when trying to select the menu items, but since they had so many kiosks there wasn't a line to order which was nice.The food was made pretty quickly and was pretty much as expected. The menu had some items I had not seen before, but overall was the same as the USA except the prices were easily 2 to 3x USA prices.Overall it was okay, not as dreadful as the other reviews make it seem, but also not anything to write home about.

We were having a bad morning but the help with the staff was heart warming even the store was so busy and there were only 2 persons in store ( 1 taking care with the cooking and the other taking care with packing the order) They gave extra care to customers needs and offered unexpected help. Thank you for that.( opening time in Google not reliable )

The staff there do a great job and considering the amount of rude drunken people they have to put up with its amazing how they keep doing their job so well.For those complaining about the state of the restrooms and tables Tru and show empathy to the over worked staff and realize it's the swarms on inconsiderate people who leave the restrooms and tables in such a bad state.Thank you to the staff for your friendly and fast service.

I am very happy with the great staff help I got at lunchtime today. My kids were really hungry and I couldn’t get the kiosk to take my order. I can’t remember his name but a worker in a black t shirt, looked like a manager, was so helpful and friendly. He sorted out the problem straight away without me having to ask. Thank you as you saved the day before my kids got hangry! 5 stars
