25 minute wait for a whopper&chips when ordering inside at 18:00 on a Friday night. Uber Eats or Drive Thru would have been a better choice. Food was good though. I feel bad for the staff. My theory is that the order management system pioritises drive thru and uber eats…

Disgusting !! poor customer service staff are rude. lettuce was rotten old yuk chicken nuggets were like cardboard dry and hard chips were cold mayo tasted off on the burgers

Same taste but not the same burgers... Burger king used to have fantastic burgers that stood out among all the other fast food chains, but the quality has diminished dramatically... It is sad to see the buns look like someone sat on them, the salad is almost non existent and the fries look like someone got hungry on the way to deliver them to the counter. The taste is still there, minus the delicious crunch of salads on your burger, but the quality is lacking not to mention you can tell most of the workers do not want to be there and it often comes through in their customer service

Would give it no stars if i could. Service was really slow, then when my order was done, the girl just left it on the counter without calling my my number to go serve someone. Chips were pretty cold. Burger was bloody small. Only decent thing was the sunday.

3 times out of 4 I've had an issue at this burger king, kind of makes me not want to come back but it's the only BK in Taranaki. Received a cold burger and got an ugly look when I asked if they could microwave it. The drive thru is terrible at times, waited 45 mins. Attitude from a young girl at the window, I asked for a straw and she threw it. Unacceptable.

Very under staffed, very slow when busy, place really needs a revamp to better work with modern expectations l....update, it's been 35min...they are just making it, some how it fell out the system as served...I don't blame the staff on shift...I was not acknowledged when came to the counter, they are clearly under supported, under staffed, push drive through as the priority and are doing their best. The management and store in general clearly need some sorting out...it has gotten worse over the last couple years.

Good food, looked like it was a bit tight on staff today. Order took a while but food was good. As far as atmosphere, not much to do like others around the country have for youth.

Went there on Saturday just gone. The service was some of the worst I've had. I could hear the bk staff laughing at the fact my order had taken over 18 minutes to get together. Then while I was still waiting for my food I could here them all laughing again about how hungover they were, also there was someone training and the staff were talking to him horrible like he was dumb and not helping him at all. The bk itself was dirty food and rubbish all on the floor.
