Not overly impressed, I was charged $430 to supposedly improve my PC speed which did very little. I was quoted over $5-600 for an upgrade, which I got for $175 from XpressNet Prm Bch & my pc has been amazing since!When I emailed Simon to tell him I never got a reply so NOT IMPRESSED sorryUpdate. I received a call after posting feedback & got a partial refund. Thank you. Still compared to Xpressnet, I feel I got a far better outcome for a far cheaper price
