Excellent quality, workmanship and design. We felt very welcome the moment we walked into the showroom. We talked through our thoughts, and the designer, Velya reflected all our ideas in two initial plans. The designers changed them whilst we were in the studio to consider various options. Very knowledgeable about all the products, everything is just so in the right place. We love our kitchen, it turned out just like the plans. Thanks Team, from Steve and Karen.

We went to Kitchen Story/Mastercraft Kitchens after speaking to a number of kitchen designers and cabinet makers, and what really impressed us was the level of service and care, by Hannah - super star designer - and after that by Alexey, Greg, and the production & installation team.We were new to kitchen rebuilds, so they really made us feel looked after. Despite our many changes, questions, and requests, the team was there for us.The end result is also really awesome - so beautiful, and so much more storage space within the same footprint. We love our new kitchen so much that I could barely bring myself to use it :) but of course I have now, and it is working really well.Thanks very, very much to the KS team!!

Delighted with our new kitchen from Kitchen Story, they came highly recommended by our builder and we dealt with Marco from our initial design and showroom visit to installation, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very pleased with the overall design and high quality of the kitchen .It’s a pleasure to use and the space is wonderful to be in.Hopefully some of the issues around door installation processes can be sorted as this was average.Please note ,this is a separate company to Kitchen Story .Communication to the customer could be improved .

We are very happy with our lovely kitchen. Super easy process to design the kitchen with the help of Velyade, she clearly understood what we were after. She provided options for different layouts, and options for different colours and products etc. We did some alterations after the plan was signed off, no issues at all. Very quick response with the alterations. Kitchen installation went smooth, the final product is everything that we hoped for. Thank you for our beautiful kitchen :)

The Kitchen Story team were great to work with. We are very happy with the design, cabinets and installation. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Had a tough experience with this team. Very poor at communicating. Quality of the kitchen is ok however there was a design issue with the LED light under a cabinet and under my dishwasher that almost took 6 months to get back to me about. If i could do this again probably would go with Kitchen Studios
