BestStart Delta Avenue

The school has a safe environment for my son even when i pick him up late i know that he is safe within the school grounds. Also, he has been enjoying every day at school with his friends and he is always excited to wake up to get ready for school. Best Start has provided him an opportunity to be confident, self-care and he has learnt so much since he joined. The teachers are also wonderful with handling of the children.

As a mother of three, I have put my trust and confidence to this centre since 2017 until now. My daughter first started when she was one year old and now that she’s seven, she can still remember her experiences and happy moments with her friends and teachers here. Then my two boys started when they were 4months old. My second one had a nipple-confusion before, he just wouldn’t want to have feeding bottles, but the teachers especially Litha and Maggie were amazing. They helped me a lot for my son to get used to bottles. Now he’s five and ready to go to big school. And lastly, my youngest is so independent at his age of two, he is very talented and friendly. Thanks to the nurture and nature that the centre has been providing thorough the years! Indeed a highly recommend centre! Btw, i travel from Massey to New Lynn everyday, that’s how I trust the centre. I wouldn’t mind driving just to make sure my kids are in the right hands. Kudos BestSart Delta Ave! Thank u Mel!

Cannot recommend this centre highly enough!!! Had our child in the under two class and it was an amazing experience start to finish. We were nervous about putting out baby into care so early (9 months) but our fears were put at ease as soon as we walked in the door. Mel and her team are so wonderful, the centre is awesome and it's great value for money! The team welcomed my family with open arms, were accomodating with sleep to keep a consistant routine with home and made us feel like family. Our child grew in confidence and was continuiously learning and developing new skills during their time there. The food provided was fantastic with a healthy and varied menu each week. We are so sad to be leaving this incredible centre. If you are looking for a place where your child is genuinely loved, can grow, develop and thrive, then do not look past Best Start New Lynn.

I try to enroll my son and the manager talks with me in a very bad way , may be she will use same way with the kids so I'm not interested in this branch any more ..sorry take care about the way she deal with your kids

What a brilliant set of staff at Beststart. Mel and the team always go the extra mile to help parents take the stress out of daycare. Kids are well loved and cared for. One of the few centres I know that celebrates diversity in beautiful ways ❤️

WOULD’VE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.I just went for an enquiry with my friend for my friend’s child. It was a bad experience for us. We saw kids crying and had their noses running there were only two teachers between 10-15 babies under 2 years old. The teachers were not doing anything to stop the baby from crying nor cleaning their noses. That’s bad. The teacher was just holding the crying baby, nothing else. They were not bothered. We even saw a staff member who’s supposed to supervise the children over 2 years was literally sitting and sleeping. I mean what the hell is going on? Are you working or sleeping and getting money? My friend legit started crying as we left cause she couldn’t even imagine her daughter being there and crying like the other kids. This is too bad. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone ever.

First of all, a big big thank you to Delta team! Thank you for giving our child a sense of belonging, happiness, and comfort. Vihaan has gained so much from the positive attitude in the centre. We appreciate how all the teachers and staff work hard towards having a fun loving environment. We are super grateful to what Vihaan has achieved today. He is more social, caring, responsible and disciplined for his age.Ultimate care was given to him since day one and we never had to worry about him whenever I drop him every morning. Awesome communication from the team.We will definitely miss you Mel and team. Keep shining your positivity all over the place. Once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

BestStart Delta Avenue is the most amazing centre. The most supportive staff at the centre that truly love and care for each of the children. At Delta Avenue you don't feel like just a number but actually family. All the staff have helped my son settle in and transition in so well especially since we are new to New Zealand. He loves going to school he even wants to go on the weekends!

My daugthers have both been supported and nurtured at Best Start New Lynn since they were both under one year old. I feel that the teachers really know my girls and support them to learn, play, grow and have fun while helping them to be independent and confident.My girls feel safe and happy in the centre and I have to thank the teachers for helping me raise my daughters from such a young age with such love and care.
