the service when you get it is good, but having a centralised phone answer service is useless. It takes ages to get through, when you do you just get a central operator. I just want to organise a service, and now make a quick call to know when it'll be ready so I can plan the rest of my day. All takes much longer than dialling direct

I took my wife's Mazda in for service - it wasn't purchased from Capital City Motors and it was still within the free service period. I wasn't expecting much but the sincere attention was completely amazing. There was an adjustment required on the headlights and they really spent time talking it through with me. Very authentic people - I felt like buying another car from them but I don't need another car. They were that good.

Service area staff need training in customer interaction. I was told by salesperson to bring car in (as it was repeat faulting) Service staff ignored me when I arrived and then told me to disconnect the battery, to reboot the computer! That is not service.
