Can't say we had a great experience, staff seemed to be to pre occupied with each other, or their friends who ordered after us but yet received there's well before anyone else who was in there.

Went here with my friend today who has a server banana allergy, she checked multiple times to confirm there was no banana. But there was indeed banana in the smoothie, so my friend almost went into anaphylactic shock. She didn’t order a banana tank so there shouldn’t have been any banana in it unless they don’t wash their equipment.Worst customer service ever, do not go here and the workers should be fired!We have gone to tank for a long and never had an issue.

Management team is very bad. They never appreciate staffs for their good work. Always create pressure and do not ask staffs before creating roasters. HR department is irresponsible. Almost every time I see people are working alone during busy time and Im not sure how they get good rating from council. Do they get notified before visiting?????Don’t force staffs to work in another store far from home. TANK does that actually.
