The 3pm news had only just started in the car as we parked the main door was locked three portly employees at the out gate refused entry even when I nKnew what I won't I wanted and where it was. So popped straight to mitre 10 instead and got my 10 litre fence stain. Would seem customer service is dead at place makers no rust to ever return

Worst customer service ever. My husband had to wait 15 minutes while a staff member finished talking then the staff couldn't speak to him. Just offered hand gestures then no help loading vehicle when item wouldn't fit in the car my husband asked if they could cut it in half and, again no talking he was handed a hand saw to cut himself ...wont be going there again! Definitely need some lessons in customer service
