The whole process was well explained to us before installation. The fitting itself was carried our professionally and they cleaned up after them. We were given a good run through of all the controls. We dealt with Brent? Very pleasant and helpful.

A young man from Aircon came to assess our home insulation and heating efficiency. What an impressive, polite young man. Very friendly and helpfuland a positive personality. His name was James Kerr, a credit to his Employer and someone my wife and I won't forget in a hurry.

I normally don’t bother writing negative reviews, but we have been mucked around so badly by Christchurch aircon nz. I contacted them 2 months ago wanting full electrical, insulation, full house led lights, and upstairs and downstairs ducted heat pump and ventilation systems in a 3 bedroom house. A huge amount of money for a young family that we were looking at spending. I explained to aircon nz at the beginning we were needing the work done within the next 8 weeks before our first baby arrives, told it wasn’t a problem. My husband took leave off work 3 seperate afternoons so we could meet with aircon nz to measure and go through the house ect. After making many phone calls and emails following up after each visit follow up visit, we still haven’t even been emailed a quote 2 months down the line and 3 home visits later. We are now only 2 weeks off our new baby arriving in a house far too cold, and not enough time to engage with another company to have the work done. We were told there were supply issues for heat pumps, which we understand and we’re flexible with, but still after multiple follow up up phone calls to see if they could give us alternative brands (some brands which we were told were available right now and not waiting on shipments)- still no quote or booking in to do the work. I honestly don’t understand with the huge sum of money we were looking at spending with them why they would drop the ball with this… it’s baffling. We’ve wasted so much time, and have a cold house with a newborn on the way, it’s added a lot of stress to trying to get ready for a baby being mucked around and told it could be done and now we can’t get anything sorted in time in the middle of winter. I would not recommend this company for any of their services.

Great service, definitely worth having someone give your heat pump a clean. They'll spot issues with it that you might not be aware of.

I Am Graham Stewart, I have been sent several harassment phone calls from one of your salespeople. Which have continued over the past three days. I thought he was a friend pulling my leg so I made a comment to depart or some such thing. I however, didn't expect to be harassed with multiple calls every day and hour. He hangs up when we pick up including our children. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I have contact our service provider to send me a record of the calls and then I will be ringing the professional Police to deal with this.

Do not use this company. I have had terrible customer service from this business, I have been lied to and fobbed off. I have been stonewalled and it isn't good enough. It has cost me money and time and my family has suffered for it.
