Oh my FG. My first time and with some trepidation Carlos put air in my hair. He is super interesting, passionate, informative and what a hair magician. He turned me into a well styled gwanma. 100% recommendation.

I got my hair cut and coloured here. I came in with extremely dry and fried hair and left with luscious hair. Carlos worked his magic and brought my hair back to life. I loved the way he explained what would work best for my hair type during the consultation and made sure I knew how to take care of it after. I had the best service there and would 100% recommend! Will definitely be going back for all my hair care needs.

Best haircut experience of my life hands down. Carlos cut my hair and it was SO nice to have someone confidently tell me what my face would suit, left with a modern cut that needs minimal effort. Will definitely be recommending to friends, and will trust him for a bob next time!

I have had the most lovely haircut from long permed hair to short straight hair. Carlos really knows what type of haircut suits you. I highly recommend him! I also like the concept of how private the salon is, nice decent space. Worth visiting!

I have been going to Ricky at hèlmut for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Ricky can always deliver and vision the look I’m after. I am always satisfied with the outcome and receive plenty of compliments on my hair. I usually go lighter but I asked for a dark blonde beige mix this time :) Beautiful place and quality talent. Highly recommend!

Carlos is an artist. He is very knowledgeable and generous in his knowledge of hair styling. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain to me the hows/do's and don'ts of my hair. I came in to get my hair coloured but also got a haircut when I saw all the beautiful clients leave the salon with naturally fluffy hair! Helmut has a very talented team and they have earned a returning client.

I went here for a post-lockdown tidy up - and I can say that I will go back! Carlos is incredibly skilled and was able to style my hair (which is currently half fried from my own doing) in a way that totally suits me. He's very honest and will easily give advice/recommendations (especially helpful if you're a little unsure and in need of an experts advice). The salon is lovely as well - very minimal and clean. I definitely recommend this place :D

I had a wonderful time at hèlmut under the care of Carlos, who took me from brunette to a lovely shade of blonde in one session. Could not be more pleased with my first salon visit in many years, and am excited to return ✨
