Absolutely horrid, pies a week old drier than the sahara

We as a large family including young children, met here several times & enjoyed the coffee & several treats both sweet & savoury. The staff are kind & friendly & nothing is too much trouble for them. Plus the location is perfect!

Just brought a club sandwich $3.90 2 slices qcumber, very thin slice ham, and a touch of old frilly lettuce. A small sausage roll 90% pastrie and a little something that looked like sausage. But for half a.fish fillet (very small fish) was $3 I left that behind and the doggone that servered me more or less told me taketh or leave it so I did left it all on the counter and walked out.

Over priced brought a pie hot dog and a 500ml mother $15.70 over cooked hot dog burnt on one side were it was laying on hot plate. Pie was Burt on the top only could eat half of each it was by far the worst bakery I have been to.

Old lady, who served me overcharged me(didn't realise till i checked account), very rude, Terrible service and price for mediocre food.

Got some chips absolutely terrible half cooked and full of oil may as well have got a cup of mashed potato, also got a dim sim was as tough as old boots seemed like it had been in the warmer for the past 3 days and been stuck in the microwave. Ham sandwich was dryer than the inside of a baby powder bottle and had the smallest bit of ham In it.Not impressed as this USED to be a good bakery. Will never be back would rather eat a homless person's old sock...

The food selection is average - the sandwich selection is good but very poorly wrapped every time. The slices look about a week or more old, they are very sad looking a lot of the time. That said they do have a fresher selection of donuts and their fresh muffins are good. After 3pm they sometimes have discounted food.

I have got to stop coming here but there is not a single other cafe or bakery open in this complex.Every item I've bought spanning years out of desperation has been a disappointment.The slices cabinet is always weeping and I've never had a fresh slice no matter what day I go.They often taste weird or just of sugar not what you pay 4 dollars for.The heated food is already dried up and over done even at 7.30am leading me to wonder if its yesterdays.The few pies I've had, the pastry can be hit and miss but the ingredient quality is low, meat if Any is grisly and gravy is like jelly cat meat. Chicken pies are Grey and weird. Compared to other bakeries in tga that are superb and cheaper as a baseline this just doesn't even cut the crust.Coffee is alright, though the one girl who used to make it perfect has now left.
