I got multiple items engraved for my wedding, they turned out fantastic, they were very professional, high quality and good value for money! Wouldn't hesitate recommending Mister Minit Papamoa to anyone.

Bloody good work from the man who was at the counter today. I had a difficult key (for my roof tie downs) to get copied as it is a small thin one that many professional locksmiths didnt have in stock or couldnt source. This guy got a blank and then went the extra mile to have it appropriately shaved to make it work so i got him to make an extra one. Took me 2 years to sort out but he did it! I needed a spare key for my Mazda which I recently bought. I was told that I would need to go to a Mazda dealership to get it done. I happen to be in Papamoa plaza and I walked passed a Mister Mint stall in the mall. I thought I would take a chance and asked the assistant ( Alexander) if she was able to cut me a spare key. Much to my delight she happily say's YES she could do it. When I handed over my bunch of keys she notice one of my key ( spare key to my Colorado 4x4 was in need of a repair. I did tell her it was on my to do list. She cut the spare key for my Mazda and I also got a replacement key for my Colorado. On top of getting these done I was offered a discount because I had both done. Alexander asked me to test the Mazda first to much sure all was well and all was well except it wouldn't turn to lock. She made some adjustments and came out to the vehicle to make sure it worked accordingly. It did and all was well. She did say if there was any problem with the Colorado come back and she will adjust that too. Needless to say the Colorado key went well.I am so grateful to Alexander and if any of my friends and family need keys done that only a car dealer couldn't do I would recommend to see Alexander from Papamoa Plaza first, it will be well worth it in the end.Thank you Alexander from Mister Mint Papamoa, ****YOU ROCK.****

Great service. I fronted up to this shop just on 6pm which was closing time. The young man operating the shop was more than helpful to enable me to get a key cut for electric bike battery. He remained at work for some time after the official closing time. Great customer service and thank you.

Dropped a knife off early on the Friday to get engraved. was advised may need to pick back up as staff not there to do the engraving but he would come and let me know if could not do. went back this morning (Saturday) to pick it up to be advised that could not do sorry!!!!. party is tonight and now have to gift without engraving as too late to go elsewhere!!!. Totally unprofessional!!!

Stopped by on the off chance they could help with a broken watch strap. After several months of unsuccessful searching for a replacement strap for a Casio G Shock GD-400 watch, we dealt with Anuj who was very helpful and professional.
